Absolutely. Understanding the needs of the current climate and the convenience of many clients, we do offer virtual sessions via secure video conferencing platforms. At this time, I do not offer in person sessions.
While it's not mandatory, I often recommend clients familiarize themselves with some basic therapy concepts. It might be helpful to jot down topics or questions you'd like to discuss. Ensure you're in a comfortable space for virtual sessions, and feel free to ask any questions.
Client confidentiality is paramount to me. I adhere to strict professional and ethical guidelines, including the use of encrypted communication tools and a secure patient management system. Your privacy and trust are our utmost priority.
