Trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults. Grounded in neurodiversity- and LGBTQ-affirming care. Non-pathologizing. Collaborative. Relational in approach.

My work sits at the intersection of psychotherapy, narrative theory, and the ethics of diagnosis. I examine how diagnostic language shapes identity, meaning, and the possibilities for care, and how categories intended to help can also structure stigma, legitimacy, and life trajectories over time. In addition to my writing and scholarship, I maintain an independent telehealth psychotherapy practice for adults in California and Texas. Availability varies.
